Capture is the bottleneck of any notes tool: if it isn't instant, you don't use it. NoteIA reduces every format to a gesture. A voice memo becomes a structured note (tasks, entities, risks pulled out). A whiteboard photo is read by OCR. A PDF is read in full and cited to the page. A forwarded email becomes a note with decisions and next actions.
